1) You choose a category fi."Bouquets"

2)You choose a product,colour and not to forget:price.

3)You click on the image of a little shopping-cart.

4)At the left-side you can at alltime see whats in your cart.To proceed you clickon the image of  the cart on the leftside(just above your order).

5)Now you come at a page where you can see all the information about your order. Check if everything is right:amounts and the price you choose.If you checked everything then click on the order-button.

6)On the page you see now you have to choose whether your order has to be send in Brussels or elsewhere in Belgium.(Delivery in Brussels cost 8 euro and the rest of Belgium cost 10 euro).

Also you have to choose whether you pay via ccrd or via invoice.As a private person you may only choose for payment via ccrd.If there is no payment via ccrd,your order is not valid.If you are a firm in Belgium,you can register and pay via invoice.

Then you click on the order-button.

7)Now you have to fill in a form:first your own data and then the deliveryinformation.

In the field"remarks" you can fill in a desired deliverydate and a text for a card.

Also what you want or don't want in the arrangement.

8) Click the "order" button:Now you see a page with all the info about your order:the order itself and the deliveryinformation.Check again and click the "send order" -button.From hereon your order is mailed to us.

9)Now you have arrived to the last form:At this page you are on the secured server of the internet-securityfirm "Ogone".Here you have to fill in the ccrd-data.Everything is encrypted on this page and is very safe.Ensure you filled in the right numbers and exp-date and then click on the button:"confirmation of payment".Now your order is complete and you will be redirected to our site.
